| Description: | Associate Software Engineers focus on new development and maintenance of existing applications. These are entry level positions that have strong potential for advancement. |
| Duties: | Principal work activities include the analysis and design, implementation, testing and maintenance of J2EE, and C, Java, Open Laszlo code and technologies. The engineer will be required to develop technical specifications based on business requirements and to provide estimates for assigned tasks. Best practices and development standards must be followed, which will include agile practices such as continuous integration, unit testing and performance testing. The engineer will work under the guidance of senior software engineers.

| Qualifications: | The ideal candidate for these positions has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related software engineering experience. Basic computer knowledge and some computer programming course work and problem solving are required. |
