Description:We are looking for an inside sales representative who will meet and exceed sales quota within assigned territory; provide price quotes and informational requests as needed within the assigned sales territories for both core ILS and non-core products; proactively sell multiple types of customer purchases within a defined scope and size threshold and manages the customer sales cycle from beginning to end for these projects; and is proficient in configuration of software add-on, hardware, service and training bundles to supplement existing projects and create up sell opportunities for new projects In addition, the representative will provide initial qualification of leads within SalesForce and moves leads to accounts for further action by Field Sales Rep or Inside Sales Rep; will complete proactive marketing and lead generation tasks (by phone, email, etc) as assigned by sales management; will supply all reporting required using SalesForce.com; and works with both Client Care and Implementation Services to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases. Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position will have a BA/BS Degree and some sales experience.
