Description:The HR Generalist performs various Human Resources duties in areas such as compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, or other special projects. May provide work direction or guidance regarding employment law within the company. The position will serve as a contact for employees, ensure that personal policies are followed, and fulfill Human Resources tasks as needed.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field and 2-3 years experience as an HR Generalist, HR Administrator or HR Manager. The ideal candidate must also have excellent knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles, employment law and legal issues, compensation and benefits negotiation/administration. PHR preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required; strong Excel skills are a plus.
