Description:The Knowledge Base Analyst is responsible maintaining the online solutions for the internal and external users of our products. This includes updating old documentation, reviewing solutions for accuracy, and maintenance of FAQ’s for the Client Care website.
Duties:•Create, review, and maintain knowledge Base Solutions for internal and external viewing.
•Review selected cases to determine whether solutions should be added to the Knowledge Base
•Serve as subject matter expert to verify content on all application modules supported.
•Escalate solutions to designated Technical Product Manager for technical accuracy review as needed
•Conduct ongoing review of older solutions
•Create and maintain FAQ’s for posting in external Client Care website
Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position has a BS/BA in a related field or relevant related experience plus 2 to 5 years in a customer service/technical application environment.
