The Associate Software Test Engineer is responsible for performing complex testing on software/web projects.

| Duties: |
- Plans, schedules and implements testing projects
- Defines test objectives
- Writes test cases
- Assists other team members with approach and technical issues
- Performs complex functional, application, regression, and performance tests
- Reports detailed software defects
- Provides general maintenance on automation scripts
- Identifies and proposes areas of improvement throughout the QA/Software Testing process
- Automates functional tests within sprint development

| Qualifications: | Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 6-18 months of testing experience
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods, and processes; strong analytical and problem solving skills is strongly desired.
