We offer an exciting and challenging work environment with excellent benefits. We're currently looking for a sharp, energetic and ambitious individual to join our team. We have an immediate full time opportunity at our Provo, Utah office for a UX Graphic Developer.

Working closely with product management and development, the UX Developer plays a critical role to ensure both the interaction and visual design of SirsiDynix products combine to create a compelling user experience.

Duties:•Help translate conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) into elegant, intuitive and engaging experiences
•Interaction design (wireframes, user flows)
•Visual design of the user interface
•Preparing UI assets for development
•Working with development to maintain design constancy throughout implementation
•Participating in user research and usability tests
•Ability to work in an agile software development environment
•Work closely with Sales and Marketing to teach them how products can be configured for different markets and modified on the Sales demonstration server for use in effective demonstrations.
•Ensures the products are ADA compliant.
Qualifications:•Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Fireworks
•Comprehension of design skills to create a comp in a graphics application and converting it to valid xhtml/css
•Solid understanding of interaction design principles, and UI best practices.
•Portfolio of previous work demonstrating both interaction, and visual interface design skills. (wireframes and high-res mocks).
•Detail oriented and consistently delivers high quality design.
•The ability to effectively manage time between multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
•Understanding of ADA compliance
•Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Interaction, or Graphics.
•1-2 years experience.
