| Duties: |
- Implementation and monitoring of the financial operating plan and forecasts; partner with leadership to develop plans and budgets. Work closely with all departments to manage and track budgets. Manage financial planning and budgeting function and mentor financial analysts.
- Manage U.S. and international cash balances and payment policies to support both the needs of ongoing corporate operations and managing & complying with credit agreements.
- Create cost-effective recommendations to strengthen operations and improve financial performance. Continuously look for ways to drive improvements in EBITDA. Identify and lead projects that create value through profitability enhancement.
- Prepare monthly financial variance analysis. Interact with business leaders and provide comprehensive information and analysis to drive decision-making.
- Perform standard and special analyses that provide insightful views into the operations and performance of the operations and financial performance and manage relationships with foreign subsidiary financial partners. Understand complex interrelationships between multiple causes and effects and interpret financial data and communicate key messages to the senior management team.
- Work in partnership with CFO and Controller to assist as requested with the monthly close process and coordinate personnel as needed to meet deadlines.
- Support CFO and business leaders on various ad hoc projects and analysis as required.
- Track goals and objectives that will improve individual and company performance.
- Provide data, policy information and analysis as needed in the annual audit process.

| Qualifications: | Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience in a corporate environment performing financial and business analysis.
- Excellent computer skills and must be especially proficient in Excel.
- Familiarity with the function and use financial systems, CRM systems and internet banking transaction systems.
- Good verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance required.
- Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Experience
5-7 years experience in corporate financial analysis.
Significant experience in cash management and working with bank and credit agreements.
